The best for very dry rough skin

Ziaja has been my companion for years now. I suffer from atopic eczema and I've been using Ziaja Med which makes my skin soft and rash free. I've decided to use Ziaja Baby and Kids Body Lotion for my 4-month old daughter after she was diagnosed with eczema too. Her skin is very dry and rough with rash popping up in different areas of her body. I was prescribed 4 different creams and none of them worked - the skin was soaking them staying dry and rough on the surface.
