We hope you are always happy with your Ziaja products. However, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 calendar days of delivery. Simply let us know your intention before sending the product back and we will guide you through the process.

- We offer free tracked returns for small parcels (up to 3kg) via Royal Mail. Please follow this Link
If you do not receive the email containing your return instructions, please contact tracked.returns@royalmail.com with the following details, and we will provide one for you:
- Retailer Name: Given By Nature
- Order number
- Reason for return (if applicable)
- Full Name
- Your Address
- Larger parcels (above 3kg) must be returned at your own cost.
Important to Know
- Please ensure items are returned in their original containers and in good condition.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Once your return has reached our warehouse, refunds are usually processed within 5 working days.
- Until your parcel arrives with us, it remains your responsibility. We recommend keeping your proof of posting or tracking number for peace of mind, as unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not quite what you expected, please let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right.
