If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please notify us of your intention to return or exchange before sending the item back.

Return Options

• We offer free tracked returns for small parcels (up to 3kg) via Royal Mail. Please follow this Link

• Larger parcels (above 3kg) must be returned at your own cost.

Important to Know

• Items must be returned in their original containers and condition.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt at our warehouse for refunds to be processed.
• Parcels are your responsibility until they arrive with us. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting or a tracking number. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or was supplied in error, please contact us within 48 hours:

In such cases, replacement items will be sent at no extra cost.
