If part of your order is unavailable, we may send the remaining items separately. No extra delivery charges will apply.
Delivery, Address Accuracy & Risk
1. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address (including flat/door number, access codes and a valid phone/email). Orders are shipped to the address supplied at checkout; changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.
2. Once the carrier records the parcel as “Delivered” (e.g., delivery scan, photo, GPS, signature or delivery to a building’s reception/mailroom), the order is deemed delivered and risk passes to the customer. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage after this point.
3. If a parcel is marked “Recipient not available,” “Delivery attempted,” “Refused,” “Incorrect/insufficient address,” “No access,” or similar, or is returned to sender due to the recipient’s unavailability or an address error, we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery. Re-delivery can be arranged once the parcel returns to us; additional shipping charges will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. If you select options such as “leave in a safe place” or “leave with neighbour,” you authorise delivery without signature. Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the parcel becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
• If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking details.
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the courier first. If further support is required, please email us at info@ziajaonline.co.uk.
• We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the courier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
