Gently apply a
good amount to your hands and massage in and wash off with lukewarm water. I found this to be very effective and didn't sting my eyes, although I personally prefer to use as a second cleanser.

I can immediately say that this product is really great, because it removes even waterproof makeup and dirt quickly and effectively.

Usage:
* I use it ( on my neck and face ) in the evening because I want my skin to look more yough without clogging my pores. Since I not only have sensitive rosacea skin, but also an oily T-zone, I use a face wash to clean my face completely.
The results are immediate: my skin looks very soft, glow and smooth .

I will definitely buy it in the future as this product is not only low price but also great for sensitive skin.

Thoughts - This water based product has the delightful aroma of baby powder, upon opening the bottle I was a little surprised to see its creamy formula as toners tens to be a clearer, less creamy consistency, with the viscosity of a very lightweight cream this toner just melts into the skin, and when applied with a cotton pad you can also see the days dirt and grime just lift from the face as it is wiped over the skin, when it has absorbed it has an almost soft powder like feel on the skin, no greasy or sticky residue is left behind and skin is left feeling so soft and wonderfully hydrated. To call this product just a toner actually does it a dis-service , because its not just a toner, its a cleansing, hydrating, refreshing bottle of goodness for the skin...

I love how this is a milky toner. It's like a cleanser and toner in one, which is ideal for when you need to double cleanse. The product is housed in a white plastic bottle with a cap lid. You can just tip it down and lightly squeeze to disperse the product. The formula is very milky, like a cleanser and toner in one. It has a beautiful, fresh, sweet scent. I applied after cleansing. I use a reusable cleansing pad and wiped gently across my face. I love how it removed all the residue off my skin, making it so clean and hydrated. My skin has been sensitive recently, and this toner has really soothed and calmed my skin. It feels brighter and refreshed.

✨️ This toner is amazing. It has a creamy texture, and for me, it is not only a toner but a cleanser, too. It brings intense moisture to the skin and also has provitamin B5 needed for healthy skin. My skin always feels smooth with a beautiful dewy glow after using this toner. This absorbs into the skin quickly and locks in, leaving my skin, looking dewy and hydrated all day long.

A simple packaging and it is housed in white plastic bottle and milky thick texture.This unique toner removes any impurities that cleanser missed, gently buffs away dead skin, and debris to prevent breakouts.This is quite different from most toners I have tried in that it has a milky texture, which must be why it is called toning milk. Seriously, though, the texture looks and feels more like a cleanser. Great at removing makeup and leftovers on my skin, just massaging gently with cotton pad. And it leaves my face feeling soft and smooth.
